hmmm...I basically haven't worked since 9/11 but am in the process of opening up a mortgage company...I will never have a boss again !

I am envious.

How did you not be able to work for so long? 9/11 was three years and 2 months ago, LAM.

I will follow any advice you have.

Payroll Manager for a health care system in MA (four hospitals, nursing company, ambulance company, and the company that oversees it all). I do all the system work though, I don't really get involved in day to day payroll activity.

During the day I work at University of Pennsylvania as a clinical researcher, though I am going to look into starting a corporate wellness program here in the very near future. Amazing how I work in a center that is completely focused on public health and a vast majority of the people are overweight.

What is your program methodology. What I actually wanna do is a big research project looking at 2 different methodologies and a control group with no training to show how good it is for workoer to be fit and progress the fitness movement a bit. One of the programs I am looking at and doing myself is NASM OPT which is going very well, but I am only a week in.

Another issue I have is that I have no idea how to get this going since UPENNs public health dept seems to do everything but fitness. I would have to find a related Sponsor, ie an MD or PhD in the field who would see the merit behind it.

The company I work for is also building a Wellness Center. They teamed up with the Mayo clinic and Wellpoint. Its also going to be a 5star hotel. And Wayne Gretzy is going to be the Director of the Health center. They will also have a Longevity institute, I think the owner is trying to live past 100yo.
