Some of you may have noticed that our very own GearsMcGilf has gone on a negging spree! Instigated by the rules and guidelines of the reputation system, Gears has gone mad with power and is indiscriminatly negging IM users, unprovoked and undeserving. In some twisted perversion he justifies this behavior as being "for the greater good". This morning as I logged on to IM I soon realized to my horror that I was his latest victim!
Though I may never recover from this trama, I am a man of democracy and will not lash out against him until I have objectively addressed this issue with my peers.

Well I negged him back, but I can't do it again till I spread the reputation. So I say we make a list of who got negged, we'll give each other reps and slam Gears rep down to 0

No no, I'm strongly suggest this doesn't turn into a lynch mod. I'm simply asking what MY actions should be towards Gears. Afterall, He's still one of us... he's just a little obsessed with the system is all.
