good advice right here, do a quick workout, or skip on your really tired days, just go 3 days a week but keep going.I have a rough job too

I forgot about that, stay hydrated, that can make you feel really weak. I was just working in vegas last week and I was drinking alot of water and kicking ass, my co-worker was drinking coffee trying to get his energy up and he was dying. Tried to tell him but he was one of those out of shape goes that knows it all.Turn your job into a work out. I do rough work too. Carb up on your hardest days, and stay hydrated. When you get off, Immediately workout, other wise you'll just crash, at least that happens to me. You might also consider working out before work. If you're gonna be lazy on anything, be lazy at your job, not at the gym.
It's a lifestyle not a past time my nigga, you have to immerse yourself in it and surround yourself with like individuals with similar goals and mind sets to really enjoy it.
