I didn't even know Rednack worked out, if you were doing gearz and working out like you said you were, you might be doing something wrong because I just don't see the results from all the hard work

good advice right here, do a quick workout, or skip on your really tired days, just go 3 days a week but keep going.

I forgot about that, stay hydrated, that can make you feel really weak. I was just working in vegas last week and I was drinking alot of water and kicking ass, my co-worker was drinking coffee trying to get his energy up and he was dying. Tried to tell him but he was one of those out of shape goes that knows it all.
 
It's a lifestyle not a past time my nigga, you have to immerse yourself in it and surround yourself with like individuals with similar goals and mind sets to really enjoy it.

I dont know one person near me that is into bodybuilding and most my friends think I am crazy for wanting to get bigger.
I work out alone and its been like this for years (from start really).
I STILL lift!
I feel like crap sometimes and feel like syaing fuck all this shit... but you know what I WONT! because then it was all for nothing!

Yo Red, you could use the heat to help you cut , drink a lot of water and rest, getting crazy won't help,fuck the gym for a few months...
