In depth cycle questions for experienced bros

I had planned on ordering my cycle on Apr 23rd, but some financial issues and the fact that my eating got a little crazy last month set me back a little more.

My current stats are:

Age: 29 (for a couple more months WOO WOO twenties!)
Height: 6'
Weight: 212lbs
BF: 16%
Neck: 17.5
Arms: 17.5
Waist: 36 (not jeans, actual tape)
Chest: 50
Main cals: 2600ish


I know the BF remains high, don't sweat it, I am not kicking off cycle until 12-13%.

I have been training for about 15 years. Got really serious about 9 years ago and got pretty jacked. Have always been natural except for a run of Androstenedione way back when, and last winter a cycle of Mdrol.

I am keeping my cycle very simple. A 10 week Test E cyle @ 500/w with a 4 week Dbol kicker at 30-50.

Ok, so far so good right? Ok, here is where I need some guidance.

My lifestyle consists of 2 weeks on an oil rig, followed by 2 weeks at home. Soon that will change to 3/3. Because this fits the ABCDE training and diet protocols, I have followed this training for a little over a year now. Basically it is a system of micro bulks and cuts. 2 week bulk followed by 2 week cut. Not for everyone, but it fits my life ya dig? Also it has worked remarkably well, so it may be worth a try.

It is very difficult to get good quality foods out here, so I do my cut while at work and bulk at home.

I would very much like to continue this lifestyle.

Here are my questions:

1. In regards to a 2/2 bulk/cut scenario, how should I alter my protocols?

2. If we go to a 3 week/3 week same question as above.

3. The dieting portion of my training calls for a pretty significant deficit/surplus in calories. Example, while cutting out here I generally eat about 1800 cals a day, and when at home, about 3500. How should these be altered while on cycle?

4. I am aiming to lean up while on cycle, with my end goal being around 10% BF while retaining or (God willing) adding to my LBM. Should I fuck with compounds like T3/Clen, or just stick with the ol' ECA that I am accustomed to? If so, what in the world would be a protocol for a 2 or 3 weeks on/off program?


I know that many people don't have any faith in the 2/2 philosophy, but all I can say is that it works well for me, and I am most likely not going to alter that particular portion of my lifestyle, so I am not really looking for a condemnation of my diet, I would just really like to hear any advice on possible protocols for this cycle.

Im not sure how to answer, because i dont know which protocols you're talking about bro.

3. You need to find your equilibrium-foodintake/basal metabolic rate, meaning the intake you lie on, to maintain your most important functions. I dont know the correct word in english, but this number of cal will tell you where to lie to be in calorie deficit. You need to be about 500calories under your equilibrium intake in order to effectively cut, on or off anabolics.
When bulking, you need to lie 1000 to 2000cal in surplus, depending on if you're ON or OFF roids.. If you're on - be as high as possible ;)

4. I know a few people who messed with T3, and their metabolism have been fucked afterwards.. I, personally, wouldn't play with T3, but maybe with T4 (eltroxin). It degrades like this: 100mcg eltroxin transforms to 25mcg T3. Rule of thump: T4 degrades to 1/4 T3. Clen can give muscle cramps, so beware and use Taurine if you want to mess with it. Use a pyramid build-up, and remember to come of the same way to avoid shocking your body.

No need to pyramid T3. It's been proven that "thyroid shock" is a myth. One can be on it for VERY long durations. I used to use the pyramid method until I read more current studies.

I totally agree with that. If you still have a concern and would like a T3 effect on a safer note Triacanna is great. Guggels are an excellent way to PCT the whole thyroid issue as well and I feel is something that should done as an added safty measure after using any thyroid targeting compound. But what do I know :thinking:

From my experience I've found that there is no need to ramp down Clen ,IF you are in a Clen/ECA cycle. I also believe that after a while you build up a resistance to Clen to the point that you can dose as a start'n point what you used to dose as a peak over some years of use.100mcg is my start'n point and I've gone as high as 250mcg. Thats just me. I would suggest start'n at 25 mcg and go up 10 to 25 mcg every 3 days or as your body adjusts and ramp down the same way. After a while I don't think it's even necessary when one becomes experienced with Clen. Keto is excellent during this time. Also herbal things like Chuka root will help clean receptors.

So in the long run, being that my ultimate goal while on cycle is to drop 2-4% BF while maintaining, or possibly even adding a bit of LBM, is it even worth the risks to fuck with the T3, or will I get enough of a leaning effect from the test with a deficit?

Also, dosage on the cycle, which is planned at 250mg x 2/w is fine given a 2 week bulk cut?
