I want to eat relatively low-carb, but I have trouble getting enough protein in my diet. I do not eat much meat and so eggs are my main protein source, but I have trouble getting enough protein from them without going over my maintenance calories.
So I'm thinking about adding milk to my diet. But I'm worried that if I add 4-5 cups of milk I won't be in keto. I'd be at about 60g of carbs. Would that take me out of keto?
