I usually work the hams on shoulder day

ham curls
On quads day:
squats (using the machine the one can do squats or hack squats) superset with lunges
leg press
hack squats
* mind block ... the exercise that is the opposite of the curl * duh ... good thing I'm not at work today.![]()
