increasing ur bench

Would training the different muslces the bench press works all on its own help increase ur bench? Such as working ur shoulders, triceps, and back seperately.

It's not uncommon to have one muscle, such as your delts, lag behind the others. What you need to do is figure out where your sticking during benching and what muscle is most recruited during that point and then work to bring it up to the same level as the rest of the muscles used in benching.
 
Yes, it can. If you hypertrophy a muscle or make a stronger neurological connection to the motor units innervating the muscle, then it will help. That is one of the main principles behind the accessory work with the Westside template.
