sweet potato, tuna, veg, dextrose

Thats the same shit I eat but I'm still having a hard time gaining weight. Got to make sure your eating enough, that almost matters more than what your eating.

It comes to a total of 3422 calories, sorry I forgot to add that in...I could always bump it up to 4000 if I'm not gaining weight after a few weeks?

Nobody got any input? Should I drop calories by 200-300 from carbs on non workout days or keep the calories the same throughout the week?

why dont you just run the diet your on now with the 3400 cals watever and if ur not gaining weight bump it up bro really not much more anyone can say they there is no magic number lol... gotta find what works for you.

and im no expert so please get more opinions but about dropping the carbs depends on your goals and your bpdy type im ecto and can get away with more carbs then other body types purley becasue i have a naturally fast metabolsim..

its all trail and error my friend
