We are all familiar with the wide variety of diets promoted for fat loss, particularly those that focus on carb reduction. However, who has ever considered that their blood type may actually influence their body???s reaction to different foods and its tendency to affect one's metabolism? Author Wesley Silveira has done some research into the topic and discusses whether dieting by blood type is a valid approach.

I read that, forgot what I concluded on it. I remember thinking something along the lines of, "interesting idea, definitely not something I feel has been covered enough to be recommending to people."
 
I didn't care for the article at all.
 
How is it a fad diet? you would still be getting your 1-2 grams of protein per lb, carbs and fat, you would just be eating the foods more specific for your blood type. I think it would have been better if he listed the diffrent types of foods that where best for each blood type instead of wanting you to buy the book, but he said there is a part 2 so maybe it will go into more detail.

This is the cool thing about bodybuilding. There is no set way on how to do it, everyone is diffrent and reacts diffrently to food and training.
