Intermittent Fasting in your program during a bulk cycle? What does this look like when you implement, please elaborate.

Basically you eat more on the days you train and eat less on the days you don't. Keep protein high on all days. I eat between 12-8pm and then fast until noon the next day. Dropped 10lb of fat in 10 weeks and maintained strength on my lifts.
