I've just switched to a new routine where on 2 of the 4 days of lifting it only takes 35-40 minutes and I was thinking about squeezing 20 minutes of interval cardio's in there on those 2 days ( I try to keep my workouts under 1 hour). If I do this the 3 rest days I'll have to do nothing, but I thought I read somewhere that Intervals after lifting is not good, any thoughts? Thanks Mike
