What are guys doing for intra workout supplementation?

Or do you do anything at all?

Just curious on thoughts about how effective it is and why you're using or not using things.
 
Not anymore, just a small pre-workout and post-workout meal.
 
I use peptopro with a a scoop of bcaas just because peptopro is bitter.

Size on isn't really a bad formula overall. A little heavy on simple sugars for my liking and the prop blend doesn't really give you an idea of how much of what is in it but, the ingredients are good. Just dunno how much of those you're getting. Hydrolyzed Caseinate is king but, it damn sure is bitter as fuck just like eaa's. I've masked it with bcaas too since they're pretty much useless but, turned to crystal light or water enhancers more often then not.

I typically don't use an intra unless I'm using slin or, pretty deep into a cut and I'm gassing at the gym quickly.

Mine is -
50g Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin
15g Eaa's
5g Leucine
5g creatine
6g Citrulline Malate
3-4 grinds of pink salt

I'll throw in 150mg of caffeine from time to time.
