Very Good Talk :)

Cured smoked fish salmon is good in the heat for hours. Home smoked beef is good for over a day in the heat.

I'm up to 1000+ calories in beer for surplus carbs a day. Easiest calories I've ever had.

Cured smoked salmon? I have never had that. It sounds good though!

Pretty interesting standpoint on eating above maintenance to gain some weight and then training yourself into that weight while eating the same level of calories.

That's a pretty different viewpoint than the separate bulking and cutting cycles that I'm used to thinking in.
