When people come off cigarettes, they tend (not always though) to fatten up a bit. This partly because a lot of people find eating takes their mind off smoking. The other part being that they no longer have the leptin boosting effects from it, that blunts appetite more (via CCK) and stimulates thermogenesis.

Thats okay bro, i doubt you are trying to be a competitive bb'er, and drinking/smoking once in a while ain't gonna magically destroy your muscle and add pounds of fat. The key is finding the balance between your bodybuilding and your social life, because i, for one, am not ready to give up my whole life for bodybuilding, especially since it just a habit.
