I will suggest you. I have read on a number of websites that grapefruit juice speeds up your metabolism, and that it's beneficial to drink one glass of grapefruit juice per day. I've also read that drinking it preworkout can help with your pumps, but I think that's bullcrap. It does however, inhibit your CYP450 3A4 enzymes to a considerable degree, so it will effect just about any medication you take. Just a heads up
