Is being muscle the same as being fat when it comes to the strain it puts on your heart and health in general? When weightlifting and bulking, you aren't supposed to do any cardio as it hinders muscle gain. Therefore, you are not making your heart stronger while you put on all that extra muscle. So am I right in assuming, even though I am quite buff now, I am not actually particularly fit and indeed I am putting my heart under the same strain as if I weighed this much though being fat?
