I'm cycled off creatine as recommended 2 months on 1 month off and I have noticed a reduction in strength and stamina, whats up? Does creatine make that big of a difference? also is cycling creatine necessary and why?

Who told you to cycle it?
It is on the lable of instruction and i've also read it on forums like this one, I think I may have read it here as well.

To answer the question, going off creatine will make a difference in your workouts. I agree with the other guys....cycling creatine isn't necessary, and neither is loading.

You've convinced me I'll start back tommorow with my workout (right after the game with the chargers of course).
Thanks everyone... Mike

Just because the majority believes it, does not make it true!

You don't need to cycle it. Its something the body produces naturally, it just gives you more of something you already have.

A couple of people may of said that but the majority have said it`s not needed.

the only time I end a cycle is when I have run out and need to go get some more.
