Just wondering if it was a bad thing that i am taking in more fat than any thing else in the morning. I usually have 3 whole eggs, scrambled with tons of veggies, 1 1/2 packets reg oatmeal, and a small granny smith apple, this comes out to 22 grams of fat, 6 of it saturated, 49 grams carbs, and 26 grams of protein. thats about a 40/30/20 f/c/p ratio. I end up with about a 45/35/20 for the day. Does this matter as long as i have my macros in order for the day, or should i keep it each meal as well? Thanks for the input.

no, It's not bad...personally I go with a higher glycemic approach 1st thing in the am to decrease serum cortisol levels and decrease SHBG...my first meal is always just whey protein and carbs...

wow, thats a big breakfast man, can you handle it?? what are your stats ?

Thats not a really big breakfast is it? Im 5-10 150 lbs going on a bulk? its under 500 cals, i think i should probobly eat more, but i cant really stuff myself in the morning that much.

yeah you should be fine if ur that tiny and on a bulk, good luck

You are doing 45% fat/day? Fats are recommended to be kept below 30%, IMO.

sorry, thats a 45/35/20 p/c/f ratio for the day, not f/c/p.

Try and keep your total cals and macros in a similar range for all meals as far as poss.
Exceptions: pwo shake should not contain any fat. the first meal could contain higher gi carbs. the last meal could contain low carbs and a slow digesting(casein) protein, e.g. cottage cheese. Unless this is the meal after your wo, in which case carbs would be ok.
