I've recently undertaken a bodybuilding regime which is going well so far. However, I always play 5-A side indoor football on a Sunday for 1 hour. Can this be detrimental to my workouts? Sometimes I feel and look as though I have lost muscle definition after a game.
Are their any supplements, natural or otherwise, I can take before a game to ensure there is no weight loss. Or is this just my mind playing tricks?
