Is it bad to play soccer?

I've recently undertaken a bodybuilding regime which is going well so far. However, I always play 5-A side indoor football on a Sunday for 1 hour. Can this be detrimental to my workouts? Sometimes I feel and look as though I have lost muscle definition after a game.

Are their any supplements, natural or otherwise, I can take before a game to ensure there is no weight loss. Or is this just my mind playing tricks?
 
What about Creatine Serum, would that be useful before a game.? Or is it the junk I read it was?
 
I think the Creatine Serum is crap. You could take powdered Creatine but I have heard Communist-kickball :) players complaining of cramps when they took it. I don't know if I beleive the Creatine was the problem and if it was, drinking more water should have taken care of the problem.

i've tried the liquid, did nothing for me, nothing like the real stuff

I am wary about eating or even drinking too much just before a game, it always gives me a bad stitch after about 20 mins.
 
if you are scared about muscle loss than just up your cals.

your mind is probably playing tricks on you. you probably look leaner after the game because you have just run around and sweat out a lot of water, making you look depleted...don't stress.

If I were you I would quite playing soccer, or any sport for that matter, that forces you to run around and just concentrate on gaining size. I have recently invested in an electric wheel chair so that I no longer have to walk to the gym and expend any energy. It is working ownders for me.
 
ok ok, i get the picture. I'll just guzzle 4 litres of water after a game and stop fretting.

Oh, and I'll order that wheelchair from k-mart on Monday :D
