Lose fat and gain muscle simutaneously without roids? I know this is a stupid n00b question that I should know by now after posting 2932838 posts, but I'm retarded. I thought it was possible under optimum circumstances?

Currently:
Cardio 3x per week 30 minutes (bike or orbital jogger)
Lifting 2x per week for 1 - 1.5hr
Routine - Upper body:
Bench 4 sets 10, 8 , 6, to fail with increasing weight
Incline Bench (same)
Wide Bench (same)
Dumbbell Press 4 sets of 8, mixed with dumbbell curl during rest
Triceps pulldown 4 sets 10, 8 , 6, to fail with increasing weight
Bent over dumbbell row (whatever I have left)
Routine - Lower body:
Squat 4 sets 10, 8 , 6, to fail with increasing weight
Leg Press (same)
Dumbbell Lunges (4x 8 with stable weight)
Leg lifts 4 sets 10, 8, 6, to fail with increasing weight
Leg curls (same)
Calf raises 4 sets of 12
Diet:
Breakfast - Prot. Shake (using 2 scoops, 300 cal)
Snack - fruit
Lunch - Chicken or fish and veggies (some starchy vegis)
Snack - fruit
Dinner - More meat and mixed veggies or prot shake
Bench 1RM ~290lbs
