Is it reasonable to expect to gain 2" to the upper arms in two months?
I realize that genetics come into play. I also realize that the training routine is also (quite abviously) a determining factor.
I've studied up on the various body types: ecto, endo, meso and have concluded that I'm a meso body type. For clarification, I do understand that you can be a combination of body types but I don't seem to have much in common with ectos (I'm not thin and gain muscle fairly quickly) or endos (I don't gain fat quickly and don't have soft rounded features).
A for my routine, it's cetainly seems hard to me!
I work out six days a week and work every body part twice per week. I'm also careful to look for signs of overtraining.
The reason that I ask is that I have absolutly no knowledge of how fast the human body can grow. None at all. Ask me if it's reasonable to rebuild an engine in 8 hours. I have no clue.
Thanks for any insight!
