Unless, you just lost 2" due to not training and know you can get it back quickly due to muscle memory.

Are you recanting now?

So I was right!

...I am done with this thread...good luck building them gunz cfs3.

Such a dramatic exit!

The first 2 months is when you see the most dramatic results. So if your gonna put 2" on your arms in 2 months, it's gonna have to be the FIRST 2 months! Of course, it's probably only gonna happen to the person with the perfect genetics, perfect bulking diet, perfect workout routine, perfect blah blah blah.....

Personally, I'd rather put that 2" elsewhere..! :thumb:

:haha:

Think you could set some resonable goals ? 2" on upper arms in 2 months, I guess anything is possible, I might find a suitcase full of hundreds on my way home tonite.. I don't think so. :nanner:
This is why not everyone can be a teacher.

Is it reasonable to expect to gain 2" to the upper arms in two months?

I realize that genetics come into play. I also realize that the training routine is also (quite abviously) a determining factor.

I've studied up on the various body types: ecto, endo, meso and have concluded that I'm a meso body type. For clarification, I do understand that you can be a combination of body types but I don't seem to have much in common with ectos (I'm not thin and gain muscle fairly quickly) or endos (I don't gain fat quickly and don't have soft rounded features).

A for my routine, it's cetainly seems hard to me! :) I work out six days a week and work every body part twice per week. I'm also careful to look for signs of overtraining.

The reason that I ask is that I have absolutly no knowledge of how fast the human body can grow. None at all. Ask me if it's reasonable to rebuild an engine in 8 hours. I have no clue.

Thanks for any insight!

You can gain 2" of muscle in two months - SOME can, but not everyone and certainly not all the time. The body grows gradually. "Rome" was not built in one day and neither is you body. QUALITY MUSCLE - PURE MUSCLE (the very best you can develop - every fiber the very best it can be with the help of Mother Nature and you) takes time, dedication, knowledge, follow-through, proper rest, proper exercise, proper form, etc. To get QUALITY results you must be willing to dedicate the time and energy and good sense - it IS WORTH IT!!! - YOU WILL SEE if you stay with it for sure, GUARANTEED!! You are making an investment in yourself and your health. It is the one thing that pays you back BIGTIME - the more you "invest" quality-wise (for sure) the more you will gain!!! Take Care, John H.

I dont think its possible. Maybe with juice, but I have read to put an inch on the arms it takes anywhere from 10-20 lbs of muscle. I dont think someone can put that on in two months naturally.

Naturally speaking it is probably very UNlikely to put 2" of muscle on your arms in just two months and certainly it is probably not possible EVERY two months to achieve. Nature does not work this way. And if you want QUALITY MUSCLE you wouldn't want to gain it this fast because I would think it would be LOST just as fast as gained. QUALITY IS BUILT OVER TIME and WITH DEDICATION and follow-through! Take Care, John H.
