I remember in highschool we always used to stretch before doing anything. However, is stretching really that important? Do you guys stretch before working out, while working out, or after working out? What does stretching really do for you?

Wait just a moment. People are on here all the time saying that they are doing arnolds routine or giving there routine which they think is the best or who ever elses they wants training. If they hound me don't you think that is my business or are you my personal Sec who has to reply to them. Look this is a posting forum for routines and other exercises and if you don't want to here what routine i'm doing then fine, just don't read it.
