is taking creatine worth the calories?

get pure creatine monohydrate doesn't have all the sugar and is much cheaper

The calories are not coming from the creatine. The calories are high because Body Fortress is loaded with sugar. I would switch to a creapure, micronized creatine.

Take one after weightlifting, or two scoops if you're huge. Add some BCAA if it doesn't have it already. The sugar is good for post workout recovery in many ways.

6 grams of creatine, 2 grams of BCAAs, and THIRTY THREE GRAMS OF SUGAR.

As was said above, creatine has no calories. However it seems your Kool-Aid is slightly contaminated with creatine.

Muscle Pharm has pure creatine mono off Orbitnutrition.com for $20 you get 300 grams. It's proven and you can add it with your shakes if desired.

i am taking somthing called creatin nitrate in a pill form and working great no bloat like i have allways got from other forms of creatin.can not rember the brand aps maybe idk.

33 g of sugar isn't bad. I add 50 g of dextrose to my post workout shake, and many guys use 75-100 g's.

Cork thank you sir, been on crack last few days!!! But yeah Muscale Pharms is just one of many Orbit has in stock.

if you want just add your own carbs like malto etc. its still better than payin that much for them to add sugar for you

We all start somewhere, OP by all means get some bulk creatine or some pills and rock it that way. Creatine is a staple we all should take.
