Is that effective for building muscle.

Well, you're eating relatively healthy food, but most of it's protein. You should have more carbs in your diet for bulking. For example, when I was bulking, I'd have 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal (1 cup is the oats uncooked), and .75 cups of 2% cottage cheese and a tablespoon of flax/safflower oil. Just add in things like yams/sweet potatoes, brown rice, barley etc with your chicken and you should be alright.

How many calories is it? Is it enough for your current stats?

1 cup of oats and cell tech are your only carbs?

eat:
brown rice, oats, barley, sweet potatoes, whole wheat products, fruit, vegetables.

fish, chicken, beef, eggs, cottage cheese.

fats are good, protein is probably high, get your carbs up there (especially around your workout and at breakfast.)

i didnt add up all the callories.

Then how do you know if it is enough. Even if all the food is fine, if it isn't ENOUGH you won't gain.

Most hard-gainers simply don't eat enough.
