end week 1 of a prop cycle and soreness and stuff is getting bad. i been pinning glutes/shoulders/side of thigh
the thigh shots are killing me, the other two arent so bad... i was thinking, would doing something like this be totally out of the question
example:
monday pin left delt 75mg
tuesday pin right delt 75 mg
wednesday pin left thigh 75 mg
thursday pin right thigh 75 mg
friday pin left glute 150mg
saturday OFF
sunday pin right glute 150mg
monday OFF
tuesday back to pin left delt
by doubling up on glutes i can give my other sites a little more time to recover. going to need to pin thighs again this saturday and i doubt they wont be without pain, going to have to find a new site
