I am a rugby player and have played at a semi-professional level in the UK in recent years. However, i have been in-active fo 16 months and only started training/Dieting again 2 weeks ago where i have lost about 10 pounds allready.
I am currently approximatly 280 pounds and would like to return to 240 pounds. I am 6 fet 5 inches tall with a reasonable amount of muscle content.
I would love to carry on loosing weight while also gaining/maintaining strength.
I am now training 5 days a week but am pretty clueless with regards to nutrition!!?
i think now i am dieting i am averaging about (daily):
2000 calories
80-90g fat
230g carbs
150g protein
ANY HELP AS TO HOW TO BEST ACHIEVE MY INTENTION AND HOW TO CHANGE THE GIGERS ABOVE PLEASE LET ME KNOW
