I started a heavy diet and weight lifting/cardio regimen 3 weeks ago. I lost 4 pounds in the first week, going from 184 to 180. But the last 2 weeks, I have not lost a pound on the scale
BUT
My measurement around my stomach and sides have gone down, and the firmness of the fat has gotten more jiggly...assuming its getting looser because Im losing fat.
I realize 3 weeks is not a very long time to see any results on the scale, but does it sound like my results so far are normal? Im just discouraged because I want to lose around 1 to 2 pounds a week and the last 2 weeks it still says Im 180. Ive been doing everything correctly according to my composition.
Im thinking maybe it takes a good month or so before the scale actually starts reflecting my fat loss. Does this sound correct?
