My primary goal is to increase muscular endurance. Secondary would be muscular strength. All while being able to swim and run well.

Monday:
Swim workout
Run workout
Pushup pyramid
Pullup pyramid
Abs

Tuesday:
Swim workout
Run workout
Abs

Wednesday:
Swim workout
Run workout
Pushup pyramid
Pullup pyramid
Abs

Thursday:
Swim workout
Run workout
Abs

Friday:
Swim workout
Run workout
Pushup pyramid
Pullup pyramid
Abs

Saturday:
Swim workout
Run workout
Abs

Sunday:
Abs

Once I can do 100 pushups consecutively, I will add weight to them. Once I can do 25 pullups consecutively, I will add weight. How does this sound, not too much?

Thanks

I don't think so but it all depends on your volume and recovery ability. I couldn't swim and run everyday I know that but maybe if I started light enough. Your goals are more condusive to everyday training than if you wanted strength/size.

That's what I'm working up to. Right now I'm only running on tuesday/thursday/saturday (not every day). If I want to see if I can gain any weight, should I take out the tuesday/thursday swims as well? Or will that not make a big difference for gaining weight?

That would mean:

Mon/Wed/Fri: Pushups/pullups
Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat: Swim
Tue/Thu/Sat: Run
Abs each day (low volume)

versus adding tue/thu to swim? Make any difference for weight gain?

I would take some rest days.

as for the strenght element you are looking to increase.....I don't see it there with this program.

Why are you doing abs everyday? They're never going to recover that way.

Abs are small muscles, and I want to keep them small (but good endurance)
