Just curious. I order from PSL but noticed that the sites are identical and both changed domains at the same time.

That's my opinion but you're free to have your own. I formed mine off of past issues, if you dig around on this forum you'll be able to find a lot which is just the tip of the iceberg.

Z and psl is a long story. But I can promise you they aren't the same. Why wouldn't we just become one giant super supplier if this was the case. They have there own ways of doing business and so do we.

If you want to live in the past.. that's your choice, but don't come here to beat that old broken drum of yours..Z (or PSL) are a trusted source..

And for those of us who've been around a minute.. We know what happened 10+ years ago.. Yeah, I wondered what the real deal was when he came "out of retirement". Z tried to fix everything, with everyone that was effected, once he got past his "legal issues".

You don't think his comeback would've ended as soon as it started, if there was any substance to your opinion??.

Another fun fact:
How many UGLS disappear and rip people off every day??
And you don't want people to trust the only source I know of, that shutdown, then came back from the dead, and is now bigger than ever??

Exactly! We have been around for 15 years almost and in that time we hit a few speed bumps but we always gained control and made all things right. We will continue to learn, grow, and bring our best to our customers.

The landscape in the BB culture changes faster than the heart beats..

It's almost impossible to stay ahead of the curve in this culture, but any source that has lasted almost 15+ years, speaks for itself.

I think whats important to remember, it's never about the problems, unless those problems go unaddressed. It's more about how a source addresses each problem that arises, and what action is taken to solve said problem, when they arise..

Just one small example..
How many times have we all seen Z (& PSL for that matter) send out free replacement gear for members (sometimes random members) to retest their products and reaffirm their commitment to all of us... ?? Countless times.. It's unfortunate that some will focus only on the problem, and only bash Z as a result.. Never seeing the immediate action that was taking to confirm the problem, then fix it.

There will always be things that can not be controlled, only dealt with.

Reminds me of the old saying.. "you can please some people, some of the time, but not all of the people, all of the time"..
