I am looking to cut but I love sushi, and its wrapped in white rice.

Is the small amount of white rice on the sushi really that bad?

no it isn't that bad. it is missing the fiber though.

all you need to know is (a) how much rice you are eating and (b) if that amount fits into your daily caloric intake. If it does then you are fine. If it doesn't then we are going to have problems.

:scared:

And when P-funk means we have problems, he means YOU'RE going to have problems. And it won't be pretty.

shit....i eat mostly white rice. gotta look for a fibre source.......any suggestions?
you guys need to move to brown rice. It's lower on the glycemic index over white rice and has more fiber and vitamins.

So now start cooking brown rice and throw out the white rice.

It's based on white bread which is the highest rated at 100. The higher the number the faster to raise your blood sugar. About the only time you want a high glycemic carb is PWO.

Listen I kind of understand what your saying. My wife is Filipina and eats nothing but fish and white rice.

Since white rice is high glycemic...it's excellent for mass building...

Goes into your system quickly and you'll be hungry again in a hour...

Stick with brown rice if cutting though on top of other nutrient benefits mentioned
