Hard to believe it has been 7 years since my last visit. The first time I came to this site was to post my goal to gain 30lbs of muscle in 3 months. Long story short it worked!! But not alone. A lot of the advice came from the helpful members of this site. I just want to thank everyone again for all the help.
When I originally posted I was only 141lbs. (ectomorph141) Then after 3 months of commitment I ended up around 170lbs. Now here I am 7 years later. The great news is that I did not return to 141 lbs. I am currently about 180lbs. I still have visible abs and I am in decnt shape but a majority of the muscle weight has turned into fat.
So with that said I am giving myself until July 2nd 2011 to get ripped up and put on some more mass in time for my wedding (yes I am engaged!!). I want to start this much slower and give myself a lot more time. So at this point I am seeking advice again. Should I start by burning some of the fat this year then spend next year bulking up or bulk up and lose fat at the same time?? I wont have access to the gym until next year January 2011. I plan to hit it really hard once I hit the gym. I want to spend the 6 months just hammering myself hard. But this year take it easy to prep for it since I dont have access to the gym yet. Diet advice, workout advice, anything is appreciated. And thanks again.
