So,

I didn't land the ideal job I wanted years ago and got stuck working in EMS. Long hours, low pay, which was in contrast to an ideal job placement that would allow me to better facilitate the BB lifestyle.

I began reading and taking in the information on IM forums years ago to aid my efforts in lifting, and it helped beyond anything I could've done otherwise. Unfortunately all the effort in overtime, among other things, has led to loss of mass, and adipose accumulation.. and I basically feel a sense of apathy since I didn't hit my goal of being 235 (with abs). Even my relationship with the GF I actually cared about about ended due to being generally unhappy.

In wisdom of the elder IM members, would it make the most sense regaining Jacked and Tan status? Anyone else been in the same circumstance regarding pitfalls in life and how to handle it? Normal people don't seem to grasp why training is important to me. Thoughts.. suggestions?

235 with abs...

I just got back from one hell of a ride myself in this thing we call life. Go jacked and tan. It might not solve all of your problems, but feeling good about yourself is the 1st step that will open other doors of opportunity. Everything starts from within yourself; follow your gut, and do you.
