Have u ever noticed how some movie stars have 3 or 4 movies come out in 6 months or so, and in 1 they r average sized, and in 1 they r massive? How r they getting that much size that quick? I assume I would b 2 if I had my own personal trainer,chef,nutritionist, and had the time to work out 3 times a day. But is there anything else to it u think? Like the rock for instance, he was small when he was wrestling compared to he comes out in fast 5 and pain in gain and he's massive, think he's juicing? And the guy who played bane in the dark knight rises, they said he out on like 50 pounds of solid muscle right before that movie, how is that even possible? Just always found this interesting would love to hear ur input
