hey everyone,
im not sure if your all familiar with the smoothies they sell at Jamba Juice. The Kiwi Berry Burner is my favorite, it has 470 calories, .5 g of fat, and supposedly 4.3 servings of fruit. It also has 95 g of sugar (thats supposed to be natural) and I've read that the smoothies at Jamba Juice are very healthy to have. I also add a protein boost to it when I have it.
I was wondering if you guys think these shakes are really healthy to have after a workout or in between meals, or if its simply too many carbs/sugar?
Does it really count as 4+ servings of fruit?

Theyre honestly not, most of the sugar is from sorbet or juice, not very much of it is fruit. my girlfriend get one everyday at lunch, but i stay away~

I don't think they're that healthy...but I don't think they're horrible. I guess it depends on your everyday eating habits. I stop by a couple times a month for an Orange Dream Machine...with a couple scoops of protein. YUM. :nanner:

Check the grams of protein per scoop...not that much...i usually add 2 (in addition to the 1 they give you free)
