What's up gang - new to the board, so take it easy on me. I'm a first timer to naps and got a "shipped" notice on the 11th of Jan and still nothing....timeframe reflects 2-3 weeks to receive. I get it abt the snow..etc, but still. Am i crazy to be a bit concerned?? I see dudes saying 8 days up to 6 months they got their gear....ordered small, so if it didnt arrive i wldnt b to mad...I've obv read great things abt naps before ordering (other spot got nixed), but I am just looking for some veteran feedback before submitting a ticket....Again, I know I'm that new guy, but I have to start somewhere!

Just wait a few more weeks your order will come.
Snow has been playing havoc with the postal companies.

Mine came 1 or 2 days past the clock, but the damn blizzards have been doing funny stuff to all my mail times.
 
Don't worry naps always comes through. They are hard to beat. The weather is slowing things down but no need to worry yet. Wait another 2 weeks and then if you don't recieve it I would pm naps or start a ticket

Who mentioned steroids? :thinking: I hope hits in a few days like my man said....I have no doubts they r 2g2 from what I have read here. I went with them due to the fact....Thanks 2 all for keeping the confidence up on my end.....I have yet 2 learn the patience game.

So what's the word brother? If i'm correct you should be in your 20's as far as days waiting after the shipped notice? Have you contacted gxr or blaze to get some help?

Dawg - Thnx for checking back....the other day I submitted a ticket and they got back to me ASAP which was great...I even put GXR's name as part of the subject line like he suggested. They assured me it would arrive shortly - they said give it a few more days. Weather is crushing mail time, which makes sense....Hopefully this upcoming week - will obv keep heads posted the second it touches the doorstep....till then, gang!
 
....just got homefrom work, and once again no package. Shipped January 11th. Figured I'd keep heads informed in case they ordered on or around the same time as me. :wits:
 
36 total days / 26 business days from the date I got my "shipped" confirmation (Jan 11th).....What gives?? I can't hear the weather excuses anymore....I get it. Dudes are saying they ordered on the 4th of Feb and got their gear already.....It's been a fucking month for me and ZERO. I've been getting the "give it a few more days" lines for the past week.....Call me impatient, but this can't be normal.....

I shipped around the same time you did also, It's confusing me feb orders are getting there no problem and ours are taking a bit longer.....hoping it comes soon.

holy fuck. it's been over a month since you ordered. i dont know why you guys keep doing this shit! they may have cheap prices, but is it worth it? i have never, ever waited that long for gear. it doesn't matter if they're g2g or not....there are way faster sponsors on this board. and it's not the "weather" folks. if you read the older threads...they are hit and miss at best with there deliveries times.

GXR64 hasn't told me anything.....a few threads ago, he mentioned that it would make sense to put his screen name on the comments when submitting a ticket. I did that when I submitted my 1st ticket on 2/9. The response: "give it a few more days" z z z z z z z z z
