are you seriously in Italy? if so wtf!!!!!!! you could more than likely get good gear there number 1...and jesus christ i'm assuming they ship from some ex-block country...so that's right around your neighborhood....you should've had yours a long time ago.
 
I hope not, I haven't gave up yet, I guess I have some unwarranted faith in naps because of good experiences others have had.

It seems all January orders were fucked up when it comes to delivery times....let GXR help you. He is looking into my order that was "shipped" on Jan 11th. He's a good back up on this board and is always happy to help....give him a chance

Yea it does seem like jan orders are having hell getting here..ill give it a few more days..then see if gxr will check it out for me..what does ur order status say?..like how many days was estimated time for arrival?

My status has said shipped since jan 11th....2-3 weeks for delivery just like everyone elses says....not including weekends...they say weather held the Jan orders up, but who knows.....It will work out. GXR is always happy to help...he reached out to me.
 
WANTED TO GIVE EVERYONE AN UPDATE - In my OP, I stated I received a "shipped" notice on January 11th.....I submitted a ticket on 2/12 and was told to give it a little longer.......Yesterday, I again submitted a ticket in addition to a PM. My ticket response was "Your package will be reshipped immediately. Please allow 2-3 weeks please". I was also told that my order had no fucking tracking number and it was sent "regular mail" and if it doesn't show up, Naps will reship free of charge.......At this point, I have no fucking clue what is going on. My 1st time experience with Naps has been an absolute disaster thus far. Now I get to wait ANOTHER "2-3 weeks".....Not bashing, just stating facts as a 1st time guy to Naps.
 
Sounds like your getting a reship and odds are you will end up with twice the amount of gear that your originally ordered.

Or there is a total disconnect from what a rep told me versus the customer service response.....just don't get it, GXR, but I appreciate u getting back. :mooh:

you payed with your order by western union right? well obviously they have a tracking number if they're reshipping the order because they know it got snagged by customs. so, email them back and tell them to western union your money back to you. and shop someplace else. it's bullshit! if your package got snagged, and you've been waiting a month....then they should pay the extra money to get it shipped express to you. 2-3 days. and before anyone says that this cant be done you're a fucking moron and have no idea what your talking about. i have had it done many times with places that want to keep my business. the customer is always right.

I appreciate all your great insight you have given this thread, express to the USA is not provided to naps right now and no he didnt pay for express before you go saying that. You dont know how this operation works so please stop acting like you do and poisoning this threat. Thanks.
 
some suppliers wont disclose that but, some do. it doesnt matter either way. just email them and tell them you want your money refunded. end of story. WU work both ways ya know.

listen i dont mean to sound like a dick, but there's no reason why Naps couldnt resend his package express....THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. and if they want his return business then they should do that. sorry but that bullshit wont work on every one. and if Naps doesnt operate that way, then they're a bullshit operation. and work on your English before you address me. thank you.

weightslayer, i am one of the people waiting since early to mid january. I wanted to start my first cycle on the 20th, but I guess that is a no go at this point. Anyway is their a place you have used, that you would suggest that will be much quicker?

you will get your gear, either give it some time and if it dosnt show up naps will reship to you. Weightslayer has no idea how naps works and what they will do to make you the customer happy and frankly i wish he would stop acting like he does.

"shipped" notice on Jan 11th....still no gear - today Feb 18th!!!! :pissed: 1st ticket (feb 12th) - "give it a few more days"....2nd ticket a few days later, "we will reship immediately....please allow 21 days for it to arrive" - Yup, 21 days to reship. Assuming it arrives before the 21 day mark - that's 2 months :shooter: I know, I am amazed as well. Pony Express status....This is my 1st time w Naps too - will def make me think twice in the future....2 months as a reminder. :clapping: Just keeping it real....

"has no idea how naps works and what they will do to make the customer happy"? I don't have a clue what they do to make the customer happy either. Express reship vs. a 21 day reship timeline would make this "customer" happy.
 
It wouldnt make you happy cause the express shipping is more likely to get caught than regular mail going to the US. So it would be seized and again you would upset.
