Ok here is the answer.

I need to build the top of my ass to give a more rounded bootlishes look. From the side is looks like i sat too long and its flattened out.

I am taking before and after booty pics. Just you wait til next May...holy booty.

Speaking of that Jodi...i could definately use some help creating a HUGE leg building workout. I was told to build my tear drop and the top of my butt. Any ideas?

I suggest, while the memory is fresh, you write down everything that did, and did not work for you for the last 10 days, so you can later reflect, and learn and improve on peaking.

Yes...we cryed tears of joy for her the entire night and then next day...we dieted together and went through tough times in the past 5 months. It took her 7 years to do it but she finally prevailed and kicked ass. She is on www.cbbf.net as the overall fitness winner.

Already done.
*Notes:
- no protein shake after last workout (made me bloated)
- smarties worked awesome
- pasta was good...but needed more than 1/2 cup
- basmati rice wasnt as effective as japanese sticky rice
- do light posing and abs on Friday before show
- grape juice SUCKS
- ice chips with other juice (suggestions of other juices?)
- start dieuretics on Thursday a.m. til Friday evening
- protein pancakes work good for carb up and are tasty
- keep the 2 day carb up and no shorter (regardless of how much i freak out about it)

lol...yes i know...i was still freaking out Friday morning cause i thought that i was gettin fat...but i kept on eaten and i filled out..maybe could have done more if i stuck with just the pasta...but the rice made me a little bloated.
 
I told you, it is an individualized thing, you will perfect this *for your own body* if you make such mental notes, and write them down.

plus got a tip from a pro trainer: cucumbers are great during your carb up to give you that extra water and has virtually no calories...plus fills your tummy.
I woke up every hour on the hour Wed. night cause i was so bloody hungry.
 
I wouldn't do that.

You don't want the bulk in your stomach, which can cause distention. You want the opposite. Small amounts of calorically dense food. Screw the hunger, its only for a few days.
