I've been watching a lot of his stuff on Netflix the past months and he uses a lot of the same actors. anybody know where he got his start, tv or movies?
 
His first big work was in television on the show Alias. He did Felicity before that, but it wasn't as widely acclaimed.

I totally got sucked into that show, couldn't have watched it on regular tv but it was great on Netflix. the end, I'm still not sure how it could have been any better, no easy way to go out on those types of shows. the end was one big special moment so I guess it could have been worse.
 
The time travel is when the show got weird.
