ive actually read that you should run before you eat and it will help you lose weight and gain stamina and all that, its the best time to run i guess lol

haha and u know whats funny, aside from the stick it up my ass part, what u said is actually true. Fish oil retains muscle mass and helps to burn alot more fat than exercise alone because it allows fat in fat stores to be used as energy due to the insulin sensitivity..

Actually i will take sides, golden while there may not have been any recent threads concerning this exact topic, there are always mountains of posts on the board telling you that this buring fat thing is a load of bullshit, and its all to do with a caloire deficit. so just completely forget the phrase ''burn fat'' if you want to lose fat you need to focus on your diet.

He's done so much freakin' research on fish oil....enough to tout its benefits for everything under the son short of life after death, yet can't seem to quite figure this whole fat burning thing out. Eating fish helps you burn fat. Havent heard this on the news yet maybe its still a secret.

I do focus onmy diet, thats the thing I care about the most, when did I say I didnt. And I do eat a calorie deficit, Im just wondering if jogging in the monring is a good idea without eating any food, because a lot of people do it.
