Hey guys thanks for all the advise on pro-hormone supplementing, helped out greatly. Need to know what works for joint/knee problems. Currently taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin but not getting great results. Perhaps regenerative medicine? Or, something similar over the counter?

Cissus is great stuff for joints.
Fish Oil is good for lubrication of joints.
Glucosamine and MSM is good stuff for lubrication and recovery.

I would definitely start taking fish oil. At least 3 servings per day depending on what brand you buy, but the simple generics at Walmart would be fine. The overall health benefits of fish oil are well documented and great as well.

Also, look into cissus. It's a bit more pricey, but so far I have seen some pretty good feedback for it as far as joint pain goes. Seems like glucosamine isn't that great for a lot of people.

Fish oil for sure - I take 10g daily.

Costco fish oil, I trust Walmart products about as far as I could through one of their stores.

Definitely fish oil as everyone else has stated. You can get bulk cissus here. For me, bulk is really the way to go. On a side note you can also get bulk cee there as well as a number of other items.

I would get some Bulk Cissus definetly. Celadrin is also very good (but undermentioned) . Also topical glucosamine/msm creams have worked better for me than pill form.
