When I begun cutting at 265lbs, I had about 31 inch quads, and 18 inch calves at 23% bodyfat, now when I got to about 255 lbs and at around 18% bodyfat, my calves felld own to about 17 inches, I was loosing maassive size because of cardio...Then I started doing this routine for fat loss at the end of my cardio session and while on a hypocaloric diet added an inch to my calves in about one to one and half months...So now they're at a nice 18 inches. :thumb:

5 sets of 100 jumps on the jump ropes, aim to jump high as you can and bend your knees a little so you don't have too much impact on the knee joints, hit em up about every other day, you can do them after training sessions, it wont over train you...I believe the reason it works so well is this...you know to build calfs you have to hit them hard heavy and for many reps, so when you jump lets say you weigh 200 lbs, when you hit the floor that resistance of gravity makes you weigh about 300 lbs, so you get a double benefit, the many reps, and the added weight withou the actual weight on them. I strongly believe that I can bring them upto 20 inches once I start bulking again...btw, i am 19 years old and a natural so far.

the only thing I would get is a massive broken nose but if I ever get enough coordination to do it I will give it a try since my whole lower body sucks b/c I am an asshole, but thats another story

I like one-legged calf raises using your body as weight. It still takes about 30 reps for me to reach failure.

There are many methods to build muscle, but I find this one to work extremely well...even since i was cutting, I gained an inch on them, that is extrame for calves.
