I got myself a jump rope the other day and its a hard workout to say the least. its also pretty fun and you can pretend your Rocky with Eye of the Tiger blaring in your ears 
just throwing this out there as there are many benefits to jumping rope such as improved balance, coordination, agility, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning (depending on how you set up your training) and probably a host of others that my hung over self cannot think of.
i did a quick search on google and found this website, whoever this buddy lee guy is he seems to know his shit and outlines some nice programs as well as explaining the benefits, showing how to implement the rope into a training program. although the site is more geared towards sports specific training i'm sure bodybuilders could adapt it their needs.
