Sounds like the old spot reduction theory. Its never worked for me, although some people claim to have success with it. Where you carry fat, I believe is genetic. It doesnt mobilize. The only way I lose fat is by adjusting diet.

Ok folks, this is just a hypothesis (more like a question), but I wonder if this is so..

Suppose you train just your arms and legs. Would fat stores tend to mobilize in the proximity of the most used muscles (i.e. away from torso to the legs and arms)? Or would the opposite happen? Or nothing? I guess one can look at it two ways: 1) Fat stores don't like to be used up so they will stay away from those areas. 2) The body parts that need the energy tend to store more fat.

Hmmmmm... arggg... hmmm... ??? hmmm... ???

Yeah, I wish it worked that way to but it doesn't. You can't spot reduce.
