i'm bulking as much as possible right now, is there any way to not lose my speed while bulking? i'm a soccer and lacrosse player so i need my speed, but i also need a solid core so i dont get shoved around. just wondering if theres any exercises to do that will help me keep my quickness.

wind sprints, stairs, explosive olympic style lifts, plyo's, that should do ya some good

not only explosive olympic lifts but just lifting explosivly for everything. Don't move anyhting slow. Compesatory acceleration.

Do your lifts slow on the negative and EXPLODE through the remander of the lift. Always stay under a controlled motion though otherwise you're at risk of injury.

Sprints and intervals...plyometrics too will also help....A LOT

Jump Rope man. Stretch before and after working out.

minimizing fat gains will also help. no point in carrying extra weight that can not perform any work...

Jump Stretch Bands are great for speed exercises. You can rig them up for speed drills for upper body and lower body. This has been a very effective technique for all of my clients wanting to improve their speed.

PowerSkips, One Footed Runs, Box Hops, Jump Squats.

Try working in some ladder drills, with additional Jump Roping and Calastenics ( Kareoke, Shuffle, Backwards run, Line Touches, etc. )

Muscle Gelz Transdermals

Quick Explosion, Slow Decent... Good Form? Quite Simpy done if you ask me.

By controlling the weight, explosive does not mean sloppy.
