Oh.. I haven't heard that.. I like Tom Green though.. most of the time.. He crosses the line sometimes though...

05:40- 35min cardio (intervals) on stationary bike.
3:30- Weights, shoulders and abs.. ouch!!
4:30- cardio, 20 min on stairmaster, 25 on stationary bike
