I'm 18 and trying to build up my muscle mass. Currently I am finding it hard. My training consists of going down the gym about once a week but i work out at home every night. I usually do about 250 sit-ups every night in sets of 50 and do about 150 press-ups in sets of 25's.

I have little equipment at home apart from some dumbells and a rowing machine. I will be getting some more equipment soon but are there any exercises i can do to build up my upper body in the mean time apart from what i am doing?

Please i need help!

Any dietary tips would also be welcomed.

You can do almost anything with Just dumbells, here's a link to a site that shows different exercises and how they're preformed.

thnx, i will chekc this otu as well, 21 myself, and trying to get in shape, iw alk about an hour or more a day for now to get ma legs going. sit ups and such are on the way!

you need to do something like this
chest- mon
back- tues
legs- wed
tris- thurs
bis- fri

or this
chest/tris on mon
back/ bis on wed
legs fri

that way you can split up the muscle groups, also, drop the reps, by alot, and add the weights. just experiment on what exercises you want to do on a certain day. Hope this helps.
