I'm 18 and trying to build up my muscle mass. Currently I am finding it hard. My training consists of going down the gym about once a week but i work out at home every night. I usually do about 250 sit-ups every night in sets of 50 and do about 150 press-ups in sets of 25's.
I have little equipment at home apart from some dumbells and a rowing machine. I will be getting some more equipment soon but are there any exercises i can do to build up my upper body in the mean time apart from what i am doing?
Please i need help!
Any dietary tips would also be welcomed.
