just got blood work bad need advice

well got blood work back going to see a urologist now. im going to list the things that are out of range any input is welcomed.
test-207 free test 51
vitamin b12-1387 to high
fsh-13.4 to high
hdl cholesterol-23 to low doc thinks is a fluke going to recheck
chol/hdlc ration 6.0 to high
ast-85 to high normal is 10-40
alt-192 to high normal is 9-60
other than these all is normal doc said insurance considers under 400 test to be low and will cover treatment making appt with special doc asap
im 43 yr old only thing i've done is 30 day cycle of methadrol ext.​

you should probably go on trt..

stay away from orals and your liver and hdl will recover on a trt dose of test.

did cycle for 30 days 4 weeks ago. my levels were only 372/81 before hand so i was probably going trt at some point anyway.

I love Ironmaglabs products but it's absolutely ridiculous what they recommend for PCT after using these pro hormones. You need to get yourself on a serm such as clomid and run it at 100/100/50/50 and aromasin at 25/25/12.5/12.5

Your problem lies in the fact that E-control, ultra male, and anabolic matrix are not anywhere near sufficient for PCT using drugs such as methadrol. Get yourself some clomid and aromasin and see where that puts your levels. Even if your levels do rise back to "normal", 372 is pretty low so I would def look into TRT.

that was the plan to test again. main reason for testing now was to get on trt anyway. the high liver values just worried me.

Orals will adversely effect lipids and liver markers. Get plenty of hydration and eat clean and they will normalize in a few more weeks.

I have had an HDL of 9 and then 11 on 2 separate labs. My ALT and AST has been up there as well. Its normal brother.

This. Run an aromasin and clomid PCT for 3 weeks and then test your levels 5 weeks after PCT. You should be just fine.

Making them illegal wouldn't change any thing most gear is illegal and people order all the time. I Have Ran a few with good gains and a ton side to go along with them. I wont ever run any more .

i eat ridiculously clean all the time.. I wonder if this will cause the readings on my blood test to be somewhat normal despite the fact I have been on gear for quite some time

Your dam right.I have ran a few cycles of ph's and everytime three weeks in I felt like shit.never again.real gear or nothing at all.hope you feel better brother.

Its normal after an oral steroid cycle. Unfortunately you didnt get bloodwork BEFORE the cycle so you have no idea what normal is for you. This pretty much defeats the purpose of the bloodwork because right now its not normal. Wait a few months I would think. A month isnt gonna get your test levels back up I promise you that. Maybe up into normal ranges but...like 350-400 probably. TRT isnt a bad idea at your age anyways but shit it would be nice to know if your balls worked.......
At any rate, To get your lipids back in order, Start fish oil at at least 3-5 grams a day
Start niacin at the highest dose you can tolerate 3x daily. The no flush niacin wont work so dont think you can get it and have the effect we want.
Niacin will elevate HDL but not the no flush niacin.

had labs done about a year ago and everything was normal test was like 372/82 if memory serves me. doc commented about how my good cholesterol was just below normal range but didn't care and liver was good.
