Hey everyone!! To start off, I am a female, 25 years old
My question is what is the best way to burn fat?? I know that muscle burns fat and I have recently joined the gym but due to some medical problems I have a good bit of weight to loose. I went out yesterday and bought myself some whey protein. Is there anything better that I should take? I dont really want to build toooo much muscle my main goal at this time is burning fat. Any suggestions???? THANKS!!!
I also have a good deal of trouble knowing what to eat and not eat. I have given up sodas for water and lipton diet green tea I will have an occasional diet dr. pepper I am not big on sweets either although I do get that chocolate craving ... HEY im a girl!!!! *laughs*
